The Team

You’ll be part of the UK Cyber Security team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from innovative start-ups to established multinational corporations (MNCs) across multiple industries. Our dynamic team offers Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and cutting-edge cybersecurity services, ensuring our clients stay ahead of evolving threats.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research based on the standards to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities.
  • Utilize various analytical tools and methods to gather, process and interpret data.
  • Sufficient knowledge in privilege access management (PAM) and expertise in data governance principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Collect relevant data on market trends, customer behaviour, and industry standards to support product research and analysis.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to anticipate changes and opportunities in the competitive landscape.
  • Creation of detailed reports and presentations based on the analysis and findings.
  • Evaluate existing and potential products to assess their market fit, viability, and potential for success.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product success, such as sales, usage metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Investigate and evaluate identity and access management (IAM) products, solutions, and technologies available in the market.
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures within the organization.
  • Implement data quality metrics and measures to monitor and improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze product features, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Provide strategic support to product development and management teams through insightful analysis and recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Research industry best practices and benchmarks for data governance and incorporate them into organizational processes.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of data governance best practices among stakeholders through training and communication initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and data governance practices to ensure ongoing optimization.

Expectations:

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in market research, product analysis, or related roles.
  • Should possess a Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in market research, product analysis, or related roles, with a focus on privilege access management and data governance.
  • Possess strong analytical abilities and proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Effective collaboration across the cross functional teams to align research findings with business objectives and priorities.
  • Present findings to internal teams and management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving market dynamics and organizational requirements.
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements and their implications for data governance practices.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to think innovatively and propose creative solutions to enhance product research and data governance practices.
  • Effective collaboration with product managers to prioritize features based on market demand, user feedback, and business goals.
