Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Cyber Security Project Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the successful execution of our cybersecurity projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that safeguard our organization’s digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with senior project managers and cybersecurity experts to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

– Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

– Support the identification and assessment of cyber risks and vulnerabilities and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.

– Coordinate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

– Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.

– Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

– Prepare regular status reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project achievements, risks, and recommended actions.

– Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to support project initiatives.

– Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity best practices to contribute valuable insights to the team.

– Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, or a related field within Project Management.

– Previous experience in a project management or cybersecurity role is preferred.

– Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and practices.

– Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

– Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
